A native of St. Charles, graduate of Fort Zumwalt High School, Brent decided to follow the same career path as his older brother, Jim Lance, who is an attorney practicing in San Diego, California. After receiving his bachelor’s degree from the University of Missouri-St. Louis, Brent went on to St. Louis University School of Law to receive his law degree. Brent is a member of the following: St. Charles County Bar Association; Missouri Association of Trial Attorneys; Missouri Bar Association; and Missouri Municipal & Associate Circuit Judges’ Association. Brent established his firm in Cottleville in 2003. He was appointed the Municipal Judge of Cottleville in 2006 and he currently continues to serve as the municipal judge for the City of Cottleville. Brent has concentrated mainly on Personal Injury and Workers’ Compensation cases as well as Estate Planning during the 14 years he has practiced law.

Angela Long

Angela works part-time as a receptionist for the firm. She is responsible for answering the telephones and assisting new and existing clients. She schedules appointments and performs new client intakes. Angela has been working part-time for the firm for one year. Angela is a huge Cardinals fan. She was recently married and at her wedding, Angela was escorted down the isle by Fred bird! It was something to see! She also has a beautiful daughter named Bailey.

Stacey Johnston

Stacey is the legal secretary and Mr. Lance’s paralegal. She performs multiple duties including opening files, preparing legal documents, assisting new and existing clients through in-person or telephone interaction, appointment scheduling and generally performing duties as the office manager. Stacey has an extensive secretarial background and has been a member of the firm for three years. She is married and has four beautiful children, three sons, Alex, Drake and Brendan and one daughter, Payton.

Tori Pyron

Tori is the newest member of the Lance Law Firm. She works part-time as a receptionist for the firm everyday from 3-5 pm. She is responsible for answering the telephones and assisting new and existing clients. She schedules appointments and performs new client intakes. Tori is a student at Francis Howell Central High School. She is an honors student and the Vice-President of the DECA Club. Her future plans include attending college
